Jarlai watched Biggie for four days and she was great. She was very communicative and sent me photos and updates along the way. I can tell she formed a bond with Biggie and made him feel at home because he didn’t want to leave at pick-up. Thanks again, Jarlai!

Jarlai is amazing!! I had some anxiety about leaving my Theo (first time Rover user) but she made me feel so comfortable from day 1. Between the daily pictures and communication throughout the stay, I knew my boy was well cared for with her! She was flexible, caring and treated Theo like family. Asked all the right questions in order to keep things structured and smooth as possible. So happy I met her and know who I can reliably call on for my boarding needs. You won’t regret leaving your loved pet in her care!

I truly cannot say enough good things about her. From the very beginning, she made me feel completely at ease leaving my dog in her care. She was communicative, responsible, and so incredibly kind. She sent regular updates and photos, which meant the world to me while I was out of town. It was clear my dog wasn’t just being “watched” — he was genuinely cared for and loved on. When I came home, he was happy, relaxed, and clearly comfortable, which says everything. If you’re looking for someone who will treat your pet like their own, she is the one. I will absolutely be booking with her again and feel so grateful to have found someone I trust so much. 💛

I have hired Jarlai a few times to watch my babies when I’m gone, and she takes really good care of them every time. The attention to details and how she plays with them makes me feel as though I left them in perfectly capable hands!

Jarlai was perfect! She replaced my walker in a bind and was super attentive to my dog’s needs. She was also patient, as my dog is older & super vocal on 1st meet. I’d def book her again!
