About Me: Caring for dogs has been a part of my life for as long as I can remember. Since the age of 8, I’ve had the joy of raising and caring for dogs of all shapes, sizes, and personalities. That lifelong love grew into a 7-year career at The Animal Tender, where I gained professional experience providing expert care for countless furry friends. I was responsible for administering an array of medications during my time there, as well as gaining the knowledge of understanding body language. We were in the middle of a big move from Arizona to Nevada and had a family reunion in St. George right in between — so I needed a dog boarder, with no local connections to go on. I was nervous about leaving our two boys with someone we’d never met, but the moment we met Jaren and saw his setup, that anxiety melted away. The space, the vibe, the energy — it all just felt right. Our pups had the best little vacation. They got to play with other sweet dogs, went on walks, relaxed in the AC, and got plenty of snuggles and attention from Jaren himself. You could tell he genuinely enjoys what he does. Blind-picking a sitter is always a leap of faith, and Jaren made us glad we took it. Our boys were well cared for, and that peace of mind meant everything during an already hectic time. If we’re ever back through St. George and need a sitter, Jaren is absolutely our first call.

First time leaving Bruno with Jaren , and I can honestly say I was impressed , he showed such care , kindness, compassion, and went out of his way to help me get and pick him up . I received plenty of pictures and text from him and Bruno was loving his time there . I know I will have no worries him staying next week and he will get Bruno many times again ! So please trust your baby with him , you won't regret it💙💙

Schedule
I’m currently back home for the foreseeable future after living in Hawaii for last few years, so my schedule is very open. I’m accepting appointments Monday- Sunday. Feel free to reach out with any questions!

Safety, trust & environment
Your dog’s safety, happiness, and comfort are my top priorities. My home is designed to be their perfect getaway, complete with: • A Secure, Fenced Yard: Plenty of space for your pup to play, sniff, and explore worry-free. • Indoor Comfort: Dogs have access to a cozy basement area where they’re welcome to lounge on furniture, relax, watch tv, and feel at home. They are also welcome to roam in and out of my bedroom if they'd like. • Constant Supervision: I’m always nearby to ensure everyone is safe and comfortable. Unfortunately my landlord does not feel comfortable with me hosting the following breeds: Rotties, Cane Corso, and Akitas.
A typical day
Nature Walks & Sniffing Sessions: Interactive Playtime: Whether it's a game of fetch, tug-of-war, or hide-and-seek with toys, I ensure your dog stays mentally and physically stimulated. For dogs who love to play, these activities are a great way to keep them entertained. Puzzle Games & Enrichment: I love keeping their minds sharp, so I’ll offer interactive puzzle toys and treat dispensers. This gives them a fun challenge and a rewarding experience. If your dog loves to explore, we’ll take short walks around the neighborhood, allowing them to sniff and discover new scents—perfect for tiring them out in a fun way! Cuddles & One-on-One Attention: Some dogs just want attention and affection, and I’ll make sure they get plenty of cuddles, belly rubs, and personalized care throughout the day.
