I have no breed preferences but do not work with any aggressive animals. I do like to know as much about there quirks and habits ahead of time as possible.
A typical day
If there is a dog park nearby & your dog enjoys it I have no problem taking your dog to their usual spot. Walking them along the river to swim or a favorite trail. I also water plants, the lawn, will get the mail, take the garbage cans to the curb and any other little household things that may need done at no additional charge.

I have had pets in my home since I left home at 18. Dogs, cats, hamsters, & fish. I will happily care for your family pets like they were mine. I have also been housesitting since on Rover for the past 7 years and have house and dog/cat sit since high school. Treating your home and animals like you would is my only priority. I specialize in rescue dogs that my have special needs and I can also do medication and injections. I take care of the entire Central Oregon area from Madras to Prineville to Sisters to LaPine. I will even care for your horses and any other larger animals. I do not have a job outside dog sitting so caring for your animals and your home is my only responsibility My dog and cat sitting business is my life. It’s not a part of my weekly routine it is my routine and my clients and pets are part of my family. I don’t care for pets in my home. This is not a service I offer. I only care for pets in my clients home. I offer mostly house sitting with dog or cat sitting

Janis was great with our animals. Our older dog has a lot of anxiety and can be very stubborn and difficult with change. She communicated great and was very patient with our needy pup.
Janis was amazing! This is the first time we’ve had an in-home pet care provider and we will never go back to boarding. Our dogs were happy, healthy, and Janis went over and above by keeping the house clean and the plants watered. She is 100% dedicated to our pets and we are so thrilled to find her.
