I have a small border collie husky mix named panda. She is really sweet and playful and gets along with all dogs. I also have a white border collie mix named ziggy who is super playful and loves all dogs and cats! I unfortunately can’t have more dogs in my home, but am happy to house and pet sit and will be sure to take great care of your place!

A typical day
I enjoy walking dogs on trails (or running!), playing fetch, cuddling, feeding treats (when acceptable ;)) and just giving dogs all the attention they need.

Hi my name is Janis, I have lived in the wood river area for the past 5ish years and love it out here! I have grown up my whole life around dogs and I have also done many dog sitting and housing sitting jobs throughout the years. I love running, nordic skiing playing fetch and being outside in general so if you have a dog with a lot of energy we will be a good match. Prompt, polite, obviously a dog lover. Mocha & Zinnia trusted her instantly! Janis is awesome!
Janis is AWESOME!! She did a great job with our THREE dogs at once at the dog park. My husband was super nervous and worried because a river runs along the park. Janis heard our concerns, and ensured our babies did't go into the water.. It was a great experience for us and the kiddos. We will definitely use Rover again and most likely Janis too.
