Janiqua took amazing care of my fur baby, Boog (Buggati), and I truly couldn’t be happier with the experience. From the very beginning, her communication was excellent. She kept me updated throughout his stay, sent messages and photos, and made me feel completely at ease knowing he was in great hands. What stood out the most was how happy Boog was when I picked him up. As fur parents, we know our babies, and it was obvious that he felt safe, comfortable, and genuinely loved during his time with her. He came back relaxed, happy, and full of his usual playful energy, which tells me everything I need to know about the care he received. Janiqua has a natural way with animals, and you can tell she truly cares about the fur babies she watches. She didn’t just provide basic care she created an environment where Boog felt secure, loved, and part of the family. We told her about his paws that can sometimes flare up due to allergies and she made sure his paws were good and kept it clean the entire time. Her and her husband took them out for walks, multiple times a day. And her fur baby and my boog got along very well. I am incredibly grateful for the care and attention she gave Boog, and I would absolutely trust her with him again in the future. If you’re looking for someone who is reliable, communicative, compassionate, and genuinely loves animals, I highly recommend Janiqua.
