In 2010, I rescued a cat off the street who soon after had a litter of kittens! I cared for both momma cat and all the kittens until they were able to be adopted. Of those kittens, I kept my current Siamese cat, ever since. In addition to all the usual things like cleaning litter boxes and feeding, I have experience with grinding up any medication to mix in with wet food after having to do this with my own cat.

Safety, trust & environment
I make sure to keep cat's litter boxes clean, food and water kept available. I'm very attentive and in tune with how animals are feeling and respect boundaries if they want to be at a distance. However, I am also very patient if cats tend to be a bit shy, but I tend to win most animals over, eventually. Overall, I would define myself as a loving pet caregiver who wants to make sure every pet in my care is healthy and happy.

Janine took WONDERFUL care of my Siamese Mocha, I loved all of the photos and videos (including of her own Siamese Pegasus!!) and knew he was in safe hands :)
Janine was absolutely wonderful with our cat who can be very shy. She played with her, gave her daily medication, and sent us lots of pics and videos. We highly recommend Janine for any cat sitting job!

Schedule
I currently have a flexible schedule and have plenty of availability to take care of local pets! Available to do drop-ins for kittens, cats, bunnies, guinea pigs and the like.
- CatsJanine can host up to 4 drop-ins per day
- Please let me know if your pet has any special needs, preference for interaction or medication to be mixed in with food or pill pockets. I also have experience applying topical medication and giving cats their asthma inhaler as needed. I offer to stay in touch with my clients and send a photo update per visit to make sure they know how their fur babies are doing and bring anything of concern to their attention.
