We had an excellent experience with Janine taking care of our cat, Roma. Communication was easy from the beginning, and she was always kind, responsive, and attentive. While we were away, she kept us updated with photos and messages, which gave us great peace of mind. When we came home, Roma was happy and relaxed, and everything in the house was exactly as we had left it. It was clear that Janine cared for Roma with genuine affection and followed all of our instructions and her daily routine.
