I’ve had dogs all my life, and I just adore animals in general. My dog, Bella, was a very nervous rescue and is now doing absolutely brilliantly, so I’ve learnt a lot about helping anxious dogs in the last few years. Bella does not come with me when I do house sits, she has another at home who takes care of her. I’ve got lots of experience walking and handling dogs of all shapes and sizes. I’ve worked with puppies, senior dogs and large breeds and also those who require special attention and need medication. I’m used to working with groups of dogs and have no problem with dogs who are anxious, I just require more meet and greets to get your pup familiar. I worked at Pets at Home for a few years and I've handled everything from small furries to reptiles.

Janie has been completely wonderful with Basil our extra excited 2yr old Cocker Spaniel .. he’s a busy boy! She has kept us informed every step of the way with photo’s too and given him so much love! The house has been left spotless and she even stayed until the very early hours to ensure he wasn’t left alone. We cannot recommend her enough. We will definitely book her again! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ rating from us!
Buddy had a great time with Janie and her dog Bella and came home a very happy dog. We were warmly welcomed and Janie took care to understand his needs and routine and kept in touch during Buddy's stay, so there was no need for me to worry. Will we look to book again.
Janie dropped in & fed our cat Bella over 4-5 days whist we were away, and she was fantastic! She messaged us each time she came with a report on how Bella was doing, & sent us lots of pictures too. Bella is quite a nervous cat, but Janie was able to get her to relax with her really quickly, and when we came home Bella seemed totally at ease & unconcerned that we’d been away. Absolutely brilliant, we’d definitely ask Janie to look after Bella again, and our dog Otis, if we aren’t taking him with us next time!

Janie has looked after my dog, a cockapoo, on many occasions and is amazing with her - she’s quite a needy rescue dog, but Janie gives her a huge amount of attention, plays with her, and absolutely loves her. Janie is about as much of a dog-person as you could get. She’s adores dogs, is reliable, experienced and a lovely person, so I’d recommend her.
Janie has a natural way with dogs and people. She has always been reliable, consistent and gone above and beyond for my pup. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Schedule
I’ve recently relocated from up north so my calendar is pretty empty at the moment. I’m looking to make lots of new furry friends and get familiar with the Wiltshire dog/cat (all animals alike) community 😊

I have a large garden and open plan kitchen and living room so your furr baby will always be In site. Also I share my home with my loveable and super friendly Cockerpoo Bella! Prior to boarding I would request our dogs have a meet and greet to see if it's a good match. Bella is super sweet and never aggressive, it's just for my own peace of mind as I want my pup to feel comfortable. I also have my own insurance and DBS certificate.
A typical day
Lots of cuddles, walks and fetch! I also like to play ‘go find’. I tailor my days to suit the dog I’m caring for. If your dog has lots of energy, I like to go on long walks out in the country side. I like to keep my clients updated regularly with photos and videos.
