Hi, I’m Janice A lifelong animal lover who’s been lucky enough to grow up surrounded by dogs (and cats). I’m also a proud dog mum to my amazing 12-year-old Spaniel, who’s not just my best friend but my adventure buddy and constant source of love and inspiration. I offer reliable, personalised dog walking services to meet your pet’s needs. As well as being very experienced with dogs, I have an Ofqual Level 4 Certificate in Professional Pet Sitting, Dog Walking, Dog Day Care and Home Boarding. I also have a Pet First Aid certificate and am fully insured and DBS checked. As a lover of the outdoors and the natural world, it’s important to me to respect nature and I will endeavour, wherever possible, to reduce the impact of my services on the environment and walk your dog locally – I may even cycle to get to you! I appreciate that sometimes it’s hard to balance everything, and that you cannot always be there for your much-loved pet which is where I can help. You can rest assured that they will receive the very highest care and attention from me if, for whatever reason, you cannot be there for them.

As a teacher, I have an up to date DBS and will always endeavour to look after your fur baby as if they were my own. I am trustworthy and will look after your dog’s needs as well treating your home and security with the utmost respect. I will always meet and greet you and your dog beforehand to discuss their needs, behaviours and food requirements. I will aim to establish a good relationship with your dog so that they feel comfortable with me while you are away. I am happy to accommodate your routines as much as possible and send regular updates throughout the day. I will never let a dog off the lead until they are completely confident with me and have good recall. I will work with you to find the best location to walk your dog to keep them safe, happy and with tails wagging.

Janice was fantastic with my anxious sausage dog, Eddie! We met beforehand for a walk so she could get to know him, and she was incredibly thorough, asking about all his behaviours, likes, and dislikes. She took the time to help Eddie feel comfortable walking with her and used his favourite treats to help put him at ease. I’d highly recommend Janice to anyone looking for a caring and attentive dog walker in Norwich.
Janice has been my good friend for over 35 years, and I know her to be one of the kindest and most caring people I know. She loves all animals: pets and wildlife, including birds and insects. She loves her dog, Bramble, dearly, and is dedicated to her wellbeing. Janice is an excellent, professional dog walker. She has an obvious love for all dogs. Mia (our bichon) really enjoys her walks & is always very excited to see Janice. It’s great seeing the photos from their walks, they clearly have lots of fun!

Schedule
I’m currently a part-time teacher in a local school in Norwich looking to expand my horizons and pursue my life-long ambition to work with animals and walk and care for dogs.
Prices include all fees.
