5 x the love ❤️ and plenty of walks
We are a family of five with tons of love to give! Our kids ages 11-17 have grown up with cats and dogs. We sadly had to say goodbye to our fur baby this summer and are missing our doggy cuddles. We are not ready to welcome a new puppy into our family but would love to be a home away from home for others. We are an active family who enjoys walks but also love the quiet cuddles. Your fur baby will get plenty of attention, play time, walks, and cuddles between the 5 of us. We also volunteer with Sit With Me Rescue as a temporary foster for dogs. We have gone through their interview and home visit process as well as a reference check. It has been so wonderful having the company of different foster dogs in our home while their foster parent is away for a weekend or for longer trips.

Janice and Rene truly love and care for our dogs as if they were their own. Our anxious boy, Jack, who often has a hard time with being away from us doesn’t want to leave them when we come to pick him up! Can’t recommend them more
Janice and Rene were wonderful! It’s very clear they have experience with dogs and this made it so easy to leave my dog Jack with them. They were responsive and sent pictures which was so appreciated. I will definitely have them look after Jack again ☺️
Janice and Rene were available to watch Stella at the last minute for us over a long weekend. They sent updates and pictures all weekend, and she came back exhausted and happy. Would definitely rebook with them in the future!

Janice and Rene were absolutely wonderful with Avro! They were incredibly friendly, easy to communicate with, and kept us updated with photos and messages throughout his stay. It was clear from every update that Avro was having a fantastic time and felt right at home with their family. We couldn't have asked for better caregivers and would happily trust them with Avro again in the future.
Rene and Janice were wonderful with my sweet old man Dexter! They loved him like he was their own. They were incredibly flexible at both pick up and drop off when a complication with flights and traffics impacted original times. This took a lot of pressure off a stressful situation. Dexter can’t wait to go back soon!

Schedule
We are both working from home and can give lots of attention to your fur baby 24/7. Someone will always be home! Plenty of potty breaks and walks guaranteed. We are available any time during the week and can do extended stays.

We are flexible and will work with you on your dog’s preferences. We have a fenced backyard and there is a walking trail across the street from us. We will gladly keep you updated with photos during his/her stay. We understand how important it is for you to know that your dog has settled in and taken care of. We will welcome your fur baby into our home with joy! They will be treated with care, respect, and kindness. Your dog’s happiness is our top priority!
A typical day
We will keep your dog entertained! Either through physical exercise or mental stimulation. We have dog puzzles and love to work on tricks. There is a walking trail across the street and we can enjoy long walks together. Let us know what your dog is interested in and we will be happy to work with them.
