I love all the dogs. Purebred and mixed, all kinds. They are all just loving creatures. I like having a the meet and greet and discussing any issues the dog may have that will help me make a decision on whether it's a good fit or not. I take one dog or one dog family at a time. My 13 year old lab passed a while back and I miss her terribly. That is why when your dog stays with me, he or she gets very special attention. I love their company. It's also a real plus if your dog has issues with other dogs. If they don't have issues with other dogs, it's cool because they get all the attention either way. They seem to really like that.
A typical day
I am home pretty much all the time, so they are never lonely. I have a huge fenced in yard that we can play in. Charlotte Park is right down the block so we can go for nice long walks. I let the dogs sleep with me because I love their cuddles.

Hi, I'm a singer/songwriter and a dog lover. I have had a beautiful yellow Lab for 13 years in the house I live in still. She passed away and I'm lonely for dog company. I worked as a vet tech a while back at Murphy Road Animal Hospital. I also fostered a lab mix pup for a year. I work at home and have a great yard. It takes a real dog lover to take care of other people's dogs and I think I'm one of those kinds of people. I can be trusted as if your dog was my own. I love them all. There is also a real beautiful park just down the street from me so we can go for nice walks.

Janey does an exceptional job with my dogs. She sends pictures of them most every day. I like that she doesn't keep more than one family of dogs at a time. She cleans her house between dogs. She lets the dogs get on the bed. It's clear that she truly loves fur babies.

Janey was absolutely amazing with our dog, Milo! She has a huge yard and spent so much quality time with him throughout the day, which meant a lot since he struggles with separation anxiety. Knowing he was getting so much attention and care gave us complete peace of mind while we were away. We loved receiving updates and could tell Milo was having a great time.
