Hi there! 👋☺️ My name is Janette, I'm a military spouse of 6 years now, living in the DMV going on 2 years and would absolutely love to spend time with your fur babies in my free time! Spending time with pets really helps it feel like home for me, especially in my ever changing, quick adapting lifestyle. I've grown up around family dogs my entire life and I am now a cat mom to two black cats. 🐈⬛🐈⬛ My first cat Suki, I rescued while living overseas in England and my second cat I adopted a bit over half a year ago now here at the Animal Welfare League in Alexandria! I will ensure your fur babies get love, play, plenty of enrichment and attention tailored to their personalities and specific needs! I always take plenty of photos and videos to keep you updated on your fur babies. 🤳 I want to note that I do live in an apartment with a max pet limit, so I unfortunately cannot board pets in my home, but I am more than willing to house sit pets in your home! 🏠

I live in an apartment with a 2 pet limit, so I can't care for pets at my home, but I am more than willing to come and drop in on your fur babies, spend as much time with them as needed, crate them if needed, ensuring litter boxes are clean each visit and giving plenty of treats and playtime!

Janette was so good with our shy kitty Franklin! She was so patient and even helped give him medicine that we hadn’t originally anticipated him having to take. We’re so grateful she took great care of him while we were away.

Schedule
I'm currently a stay at home military spouse, so my availability is super flexible and my schedule is usually pretty open! On weekends I travel sometimes, but for the most part I am fully available during the week.

- Please let me know if your dog has any special needs to be taken into consideration. I am willing to learn your fur baby and ensure they get the best care possible catered specifically to them!
