Hi there! 🐾 We're Janett and Colin, an animal loving married couple with a good history of pet care experience with our very own and family pets. We first joined Rover as dog parents to our own sweet cockapoo Poncho pictured in our profile. We sadly lost him to meningitis last year, and as we slowly heal, we are looking to share our love for him in different ways and fill the empty space in our hearts. 📣PUPDATE for Boarding📣 We welcomed a wonderful new addition to the family, Pepsi, in January 2026! Pepsi is a 35lb, 6-yo & neutered poodle mix all the way from a shelter in Korea, and he is settling into his brand new Canadian life. We are still getting to know each other, so we'll be taking a brief pause from boarding. A little bit more about us 👩🏻‍🤝‍👨🏼: • a professional, married couple without kids in mid-30s • have a full-time job that supports remote work and flexible hours, allowing detailed care • only accommodate one pet (or 2 from the same household) at a time • experienced in dogs requiring special attention (medication, special diet, private walks etc) • daily photo updates, walks and cuddles guaranteed 🥰 Like you, we first joined Rover as owners looking for a sitter, so we understand how important it is to give your pet the best care and affection like our own - and we take this responsibility very seriously. From cuddling on the couch to exploring the neighbourhood parks, we'll make sure your pet feels safe and right at home with us 💕 🎟️ 1st Rover booking? Colin is an experienced dogwalker comfortable with walking dogs of all sizes and energy levels, including dogs that may need a muzzle, training collar/leash, or braces. If your dog prefers a female walker, please let me know so I can accommodate. ⛺️ Boarding: **Please note we just adopted our own dog, Pepsi, and we are learning about each other! As such we won't be able to commit to new requests at this time** Dogs are allowed to free roam in our house and they are allowed on all furniture unless requested otherwise by the owner. All our bins and laundry basket are dog proof, and houseplants are placed above their eye level. We're happy to use any items you bring with your pup, and we can provide the following as well: bowls, bed mat, poop bag, spare leash, furniture stairs, toys, hypoallergenic wipes and towels. 🏡 Housesitting: We can sit individually or as a pair, full-time or part-time, based on your preference.
