Availability
I have currently retired, allowing me to offer a very flexible schedule, 7 days a week. I have a reliable car. Not opposed to taking dogs for a fun ride to hike a trail, or on long walks.

Information Janet W. would like to know about your pet
I only except house/pet sitting at the pet owners house. 1. Less stress on the pets 2. My house is not conducive for other pets. I also pet sit for cats. 20 plus years experience. I like to schedule a meet and greet before I accept a job. At that time, please let me know if your dog (or cat) has special needs, medication to be given,
A typical day
Dogs start with a morning walk to stretch their legs and take care of their needs. After that, you'd feed them breakfast and provide fresh water. Throughout the day, you'll keep them engaged with play sessions, enrichment activities, or maybe another short walk, depending on their energy level. In the evening, there’s usually another walk and dinner before settling in for a cozy night.

Reviews

Jan is an exceptional dog sitter!! From our very first meeting, I was very impressed as Jan arrived with a notepad and pen ready to take notes about our dogs and their routines. At that moment, I knew she was the right person to care for our three dogs. Jan has such a kind, loving and gental spirit. She was incredibly loving and caring with all of our dogs, especially our senior dog. She followed all of our instructions, was punctual, communicative, and truly went above and beyond our expectations. We were so happy with the care she provided that we've already booked her again for our trip in August, and we plan to use her for all of our future trips. I highly recommend Jan to anyone looking for a trustworthy, compassionate, and dependable dog sitter. She is absolutely wonderful!

Jan took great care of our kittens and house. Will definitely call her again!
Janet was wonderful! She went above and beyond in taking care of our basset and 2 kitties. They loved her and all the extra attention she gave them. I wholeheartedly recommend Janet to take care of anyone's fur babies.
Jan is the best house and pet sitter! My dogs are always so content when we return…it’s like we never left I trust Jan and so appreciate her flexibility and desire to help out.
