Hello pet family! Times are hard for all of us right now. Increasing Rover fees on my end certainly don't help! After careful consideration and a quick check of nearby sitters, I have decided to raise my rates. My rates have barely been touched since I first started Rover eight years ago and my experience has grown. I am still underpaid, but I know a huge price jump would scare you away. Thank you for understanding. I spent one year recovering from Ovarian Cancer. Now I am stronger, and ready to take care of your pups again! I grew up with animals and would always have a pet if only I could! My pet sitting experiences include walking, feeding and preparing meals, and medicine giving. I have been a professional dog walker for five years, walking numerous breeds, sizes, and multiple dogs at once. I take my job seriously, and we have so much fun that most owners request me again. I encourage feedback and dialog, since all dogs have different needs. I give dogs a full service walk, choose paths based on the best puppy experience, and place safety first. Humans and dogs alike will smile when I play with my new four-legged friends. I have a flexible schedule so we can fit in the best times for each other.I can't wait to meet you and your animal(s)! I take safety seriously, so I keep doors and gates closed at your house. At the meet and greet, we can talk about what you usually do and want done for your animals' safety.

Janet was great watching our three dogs and kitty for 6 days. She sent lots of photos and took good care of our home. This was our second time booking and we’ll definitely do so again.
Janet watched Tater Tot over Christmas! I hate to leave him but she always takes the best care of him and my home. I never have to worry when Janet is watching him.
Janet cared for our senior kitty over the Thanksgiving holiday. She was timely with all of her visits always including daily written updates and photos. We are grateful for her care of our sweet old kitty while we were away.

Janet went above and beyond not only with my pup Koa but also with my Mom who was staying at home babysitting my dog. She is super caring, excellent with dogs and great human being. Hope to have her back again soon.

Schedule
I work from home, mostly online, so I have plenty of time to care for your fur babies. I do have a commitment on Saturday mornings, and sometimes take other jobs. However, I have time for your fur family!
- Cats0 to 15 lbs16 to 40 lbs41 to 100 lbsJanet can host up to 3 drop-ins per day
- If you have a strong, pulley dog, and/or it chews the restraints, PLEASE make sure everything is in excellent condition. Also, I would highly recommend a gentle leader for chewing dogs. This is for my safety as well as the pup's. Please let me know as much as you can before a walk or sitting. How trained is the dog? Will I need gloves? Where is everything I will need? Routes to avoid or preferred routes? No highly aggressive dogs, please.
