Home full-time. Fenced in huge yard
Hello. We are a family of 5 with 3 grown kids that now live independently. My husband and I own a loving home with a very large fenced in yard. We live close to Sherwood park and we have a natural love for dogs. I have been a foster mom for the DIBS Dog Rescue Team. We have had dogs in our family for years. If your dog stays with us, you/they are promised to be loved 24/7. We can also send pics of your dog while you are away to ease any stress of being separted. We can also brush, exercise your dog to your specifications. We look forward to meeting you and hopefully spending some quality time with your beloved dog. Thank-you for considering our family.

Janet is a 10/10 dog sitter. Our girl, Hazel, was clearly well cared for (with a strict medication schedule) and given the best walks of her life. Janet’s backyard is amazing and she anticipated all the things you’d want for your pet: toys, beds, and a dog-friendly, structured environment. Janet’s daily updates and photos gave us enormous peace of mind while out of the country for nine days. Communication was a breeze and the whole experience was perfect! Fingers crossed Janet is available for our next vacation!

I can't say enough good things about Janet! I’ve never left my dog for over a week with someone who isn’t a family member, so I was slightly nervous. But Janet made me feel completely at ease. From the initial meet and greet, she was great! Very responsive, professional, and genuinely cared about my dog's well-being. She sent me daily updates and pictures everyday which was exactly what I wanted. I could see my dog was getting lots of attention, cuddles, and walks, and was well taken care of. She even made sure to shovel a path in the snow in her backyard for him to run around. I came home to a happy and healthy dog, and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. I will definitely be booking again in the future!
Janet took such good care of our dog Maverick! She has a special approach to pups, a magic touch... While our puppy stayed with Janet, they went on long walks in the forrest, played in the backyard and frolicked in the snow! It was so fun getting an update from Janet every day! She shared photos and videos of all of Maverick's adventures and we just loved that! Janet is calm, caring and easygoing and we loved her! Maverick can't wait to go back for another visit!

Schedule
I am available to care for your dog’s needs throughout the day. They will receive 3 walks daily, have full access to our large fenced in yard. They will also have a private area for their food and belongings.

We have a large fenced in yard and live in a very dog welcome neighbourhood with very little traffic. The dogs roam freely throughout the house but also have a separate area for their food, bedding and belongings.
A typical day
We love to visit Sherwood Park and love to walk through the forest with your dog. We also enjoy neighbourhood strolls chatting with neighbours and friends.
