Janet was AHHHmazing! I am so grateful to have found a her! Janet helped me out last minute to look after my 5 dogs while I had to go away on a last minute overnight work trip. The dogs took to Janet very quickly. She sent me pictures while I was away and was very communicative which made me feel very safe and like pack was in good hands. She even lets me treats after her stay! Very thoughtful and kind! I look forward to working with Janet more! Highly recommend for all your pets needs!

Janet took great care of Shiloh for the day. She sent multiple pictures and videos and even worked on some training with him. She clearly cares about the dogs she’s watching!

I left my dog Yolo under Janet's care and she's been amazing with him. She cared for my dog as if it were her own and her experience truly showed as my little buddy felt right at home with her. Unfortunately i did not have the same experience as others who have used Janet. Janet took care of my german shepherd for 3 days/ nights. My main frustration was just the lack of communication. During pick-up I told her my flight landed at 8pm and would text her when it landed for pick up since she was near the airport - in which she responded yes. I arrived at her place by around 8:20pm called her multiple times - heard nothing - was at her apartment until 8:51pm kept calling and texting and had no response. I kept yelling my dog's name and could hear my dog barking from the outside. It wasn't until one of her neighbors came out as I kept yelling my dog's name - that I was let into the apartment complex. Who knows how long i would have been waiting - if not. It seems like Janet might have fell asleep but instead of admitting anything - Janet said she didn't receive any of my calls and didn't know I was going to come early. ... It also didn't help that while she gave me a few updates on the first day about my dog - it was radio silence all day 2 and day 3 until I texted to check-up on how my dog was doing. (I had patchy phone service until day 3). I would have expected a higher level of communication and responsibility upon pick-up as well as more regular updates across the stay - especially since I was a first time client and for the price she was charging. My dog did seem happy when she came back - so I will say (without any additional knowledge since I didn't receive any updates on 2 of the 3 days until prompted) - it did seem like she was well taken care of for the most part.

Janet responded to my “emergency” request immediately and said she could do a sit the next day!! Saved my life!! Max my dog loved her and Janet loves all dogs so it was a great match!! Gave me good dog tips as well. Thanks for a job well done!!
