Janet took such good care of my senior cat! I left Zooey with her for 10 days and she sent video or photos each day I was gone. Zooey was feeling very shy and was not eating so Janet coaxed her out from under the bed with a heater and even got her new food to see if that would help. She started mixing in water to ensure she drank enough. A few times she even had to pull Zooey out from under the bed and force her to eat which I truly appreciated. She lives with her sister and mom who are also 'cat people' and so sweet. Even though Janet mostly speaks Spanish and I mostly speak English, we had no problems communicating. 😊 I would absolutely book her again. Thanks Janet!
I’d been looking at Rover sitters for a while & decided to go with my instinct & book Janet for my super senior cat. Janet asked me upon initial contact if I wanted to video call with her and that was a very nice gesture as I felt much more comfortable being able to talk face to face . The stay was just perfect for my elderly cat, she slept along side of Janet nightly . Janet sent me pictures & videos daily which made me feel so at ease seeing my cat had adjusted with no problem . Janet is a wonderful sitter and will book with her again. Thank you Janet for all you do and taking good care of my Minerva ! 🙏🏻
