I am also very experienced in caring for senior + terminally ill doggies from my own late dog--it's been very healing to be able to continue caring for other animals :)

We hadn’t taken an overseas vacation in over five years because it’s always been so hard for us to leave our dogs, and honestly, we struggled to find someone we truly trusted. But after our meet and greet with Janelle and Alvin, I immediately felt at ease and knew our babies would be in great hands. I’m so happy to say that instinct was absolutely right. They took care of our two dogs for two days, and the entire experience was seamless. Janelle was incredible with communication! She sent updates and photos regularly without me ever needing to ask, which gave me so much peace of mind while we were away. Both Janelle and Alvin have such a calm, kind demeanor, and their home is clean, cozy, and clearly a safe space for pets. One of our dogs is usually very anxious and slow to warm up to new people, but he surprised us by opening up to them right away. That alone speaks volumes. I can’t recommend them enough, and we will absolutely be booking with them again in the future! Thank you Janelle and Alvin for taking such good care of our babies!

Janelle & Alvin watched my 2 boys again while I was away on a trip & they were as happy as ever to be having an extended sleepover with their friends again! The stay worked out perfectly without any issues & they were taken care of with the same love & attention I would give them myself. Thank you guys again, so grateful! ❤️
Janelle is and absolutely angel! She worked with a last minute request to watch my pups so I could attend an unexpected funeral for a loved one. She made a heavy weekend a bit easier knowing my kiddos were happy, cozy, and safe with her and Alvin. 💕
Janelle watched my 2 boys for the first time & it couldn’t have gone better! Her space was open & clean with enough space for them to run around, she kept me comfortable by sending me lots of pictures while I was away & she was flexible with my schedule. She noticed one of my boys was a little itchy during the stay so she even gave him a bath & went through his hair with a flea comb! It’s clear she genuinely cares & that means so much to me. I’m so happy to have found my new go-to sitter. Thank you so much again Janelle!
Janelle and her partner go above and beyond to make your pets feel happy and at home with them! My two pups had a fun and cozy time at their place. When I forgot to bring my senior dog’s bed with him, they ran out and bought him a new bed! We are beyond grateful for these two, they will care for your pets like they’re their own!

Schedule
I work from home full time, so you can be assured your dog will spend very little time alone. This also allows me to have a very open schedule so I can accommodate any day of the week!

Safety, trust & environment
My husband and I live in a single family home with a completely fenced in yard. We have no other pets in the house. We also require a meet & greet at our home before committing to a stay to ensure a great fit for all parties. Please note that we will only accept bookings for dogs actively on a flea & tick preventative medication. This is to protect not only your dog, but also other dogs that may stay with us before or after your own fur children. Thank you for understanding! I take the safety of pets extremely seriously. Happy to accommodate whatever makes you feel the most comfortable in knowing your pup is in good hands! Detailed lists welcome ;-) Feel free to bring anything they'll need--crates, beds, etc!
A typical day
I love getting to know each dog as individuals and doing what makes them happiest! Whether it's cuddling on the couch, going on long walks, playing with their favorite ball / toy / lambchop, we'll have a blast together :)
