I work full-time in clinical research, but work from home most days. The days that I work from home vary on a week by week basis. No matter my work schedule, I'm available in the evenings after 6pm. I'm also available on weekends all day.

I'm a Duke graduate and an incoming medical student, conducting clinical research at MUSC currently. I've taken care of my childhood shih tzu, Caleb, for 15 years. Additionally, I've cared for large and small dogs in my extended family. I trained my puppy when I first got him, and handled his senior care in his later years of life. I've changed doggy diapers, given medications, been present for all kinds of vet appointments, and played with a bunch of the cutest dogs. I look forward to caring for your pet, as well as making a new furry friend along the way!

I needed someone to watch all three of my dogs while I was at the hospital recovering from a c section and with Janelle watching my dogs I was able to focus on healing and caring for my newborn without having to worry about my fur babies. Will rebook her when I need dog care!
Janelle did an excellent job with my Shiba Inu. She can be a bit stubborn and likes things on her own terms, but she handled her really well and made her feel comfortable. It’s not easy to find someone who understands how to work with more independent dogs, but they clearly do. She was always in a good mood after her walks and seemed to really enjoy her time. I’d gladly recommend their services.
