Janelle was very responsive before and during my pup’s daycare stay. She squeezed me in for a last minute daycare booking. She sent several pictures, videos, and updates on my pup while watching him. Janelle’s very warm and inviting personality helped put me at ease with leaving my pup in her care. I would highly recommend her.
Absolutely love Janelle! She stepped in and helped us out even tho Theo wasn’t feeling too good and she helped make sure her got his medications on time and was eating well! Theo loves her and knows her home from the moment we pull in!:)
I cannot recommend Janelle highly enough! She took care of my dog for a week and did an exceptional job. She was incredibly responsible, always on time, and went above and beyond to ensure Rosè was comfortable and happy. She sent me regular updates and photos, which gave me peace of mind while I was away. I returned to a happy, well-cared-for dog who clearly had a great time. I will definitely be using her services again in the future!
Janelle was great very good communication. I was at ease that Chewy was in great hands. I would highly recommend her to anyone in need.
Theo absolutely LOVES Janelle, we don’t know what she has haha but he goes crazy when we get into her apt complex and is always so happy in all of the photos she sends us!:)
