I have hands-on experience providing attentive, compassionate care for a variety of pets, including dogs, cats, and small animals. My responsibilities have included feeding, walking, administering medication, cleaning enclosures, and providing companionship and enrichment. Having grown up around animals and reputable breeding I’ve always been very hands-on and comfortable caring for pets of different personalities and needs. I am highly attentive to animal behavior and well-being, and I prioritize safety, cleanliness, communication, and trust in every interaction. I also have a close relationship with the veterinary field through family and personal connections — my sister is a veterinary nurse at a local office— which has helped deepen my understanding of proper pet care and animal health.

Janelle was awesome for my dog Emerson. She kept e up to date on how he was doing and sent pictures of her kids playing with him. I think he may have been a little spoiled but still ready to come after a week of being away. I highly recommend Janelle and family.
First time user and Janelle and family were great from the moment we met. Our Lola was right at home as she didn't look back or hesitate and made herself right at home. With lots of pictures and updates through out the week. Janelle was amazing!

Jenelle was great with my mini poodles(3)! This was the first time I had to leave them and the experience was great! Janelle welcomed my dogs into her home and made them Feel comfortable. Janelle took care of our two pups while we were out of the country for a few weeks. She was quick to respond to our questions pre-stay, and was wonderful about giving us daily updates, photos, and videos during their stay. Schedule
Pet care fits naturally into my daily routine because caring for animals has always been a part of my life. I’m able to plan my schedule around feedings, walks, playtime, potty breaks, medications, and providing companionship and attention throughout the day. I enjoy spending time with animals and understand the importance of consistency, patience, and keeping pets comfortable and cared for while their owners are away.

I always prioritize safety, comfort, and routine when caring for pets in both my home and a client’s home. I pay close attention to each pet’s behavior, personality, and needs to help them feel secure and comfortable while their owner is away. I keep environments clean, calm, and pet-safe by monitoring doors, food, water, medications, and any potential hazards. I follow all care instructions carefully, including feeding schedules, walks, crate routines, medications, and exercise needs. I understand how important trust is when someone is caring for your pet, so I believe in clear communication, updates, patience, and treating every animal like family.

A typical day
As a stay-at-home mom, I’m home throughout the day and naturally have a very active routine. A typical day includes outdoor playtime in the backyard, walks, trips to the park, playtime, cuddles, and lots of attention and companionship. My daughters also love animals and enjoy being gentle, calm companions, which helps create a loving and social environment for pets. I always make sure pets get plenty of exercise, stimulation, affection, and time to relax based on their personality and energy level.

I also like to know what helps them feel most comfortable and happy so I can provide the best care possible and keep their routine as consistent and stress-free as possible while their owner is away.
