This is my 2nd time using Janella. She is very kind and professional. No problems, no complaints. I definitely will be using her services again in the future.

I must’ve been one of Janella’s first clients therefore I would not recommend until she is more prepared for what to expect when watching someone’s pet. I also would say her experience with working with pets in general is very very limited. Upon arrival, she lives in a loft and I had call continuously for instructions to find it and I was informed I would have to bring my dog all the way to here unit which was flights up. If you are within a time window/ crunch for drop-off , please meet her hours before because she will not be ensuring you find her. I also paid for pick up and drop off initially but since she thought it was further out which was only a 20 mins drive at max, she tried to over charge me for that ontop of the price I had already paid. Therefore, I just dropped my pet off because that alone she wanted an additional $30. I have a 4 month old puppy and although my puppy is able to use the restroom outside every 45 minutes she informed me that she wasn’t at all house trained and demanded another $25 for pet pads via CASHAPP , which this was on day 2. Aside from demanding money for pads and saying it was an issue she didn’t provide any other updates on my pet whatsoever. I asked on day 2 would this work out before I left to go to another day and she said yes. On the morning of day 3, she asked if someone could come get her because she wasn’t house trained. I do not think she was wanting to go up and down her apartment very 45 mins to ensure my dog was going outside. This put me in a very bad situation being states away. Upon pickup from the other sitter, Janella said she used ALL the pads meaning the $25 I sent for them on day 2 were ALL GONE in less than 24 hours. For $25 she could’ve purchased easily 100 pads and she stated she was not using them but had zero on the 3rd day of pickup. She stated she put them all over her apartment. Lastly, after ending the reservation early because caring for a 4 month old 4 pound pup was too much for her she texted me to say she may could’ve done it if I was not dishonest about her being house trained. What she wanted was to do was have low attentiveness and low responsibility dog. What 4 month old is 100% mature? If you have younger pets, 10 out of 10 DO NOT RECOMMEND. She doesn’t plan on doing too much.
