I've had Janell sit for my kitties a number of times now. She is great and I will continue booking with her. When I get home the cats have been cared for (they aren't desperate for attention), any kitty messes have been cleaned up, the boxes are clean, cats have food and water, the house is clean, mail has been brought in and she has communicated about her visits while I was gone. Great sitter!
Third time using Janell and will use her again in the future. Excellent communication and takes great care of my kitties while I'm gone. Thank you Janell!
Janell visited our senior cat, Kevin, twice a day over Memorial Day weekend. She was on time, paid attention to his special needs, documented everything with pictures and was interactive, but also respected his desire for privacy. We appreciate her clean up and tender care of our near end of life cat.
Second time using Janell. Great communication. She even washed and dried my comforter after one of the cats puked on it.
