Since it was our first time leaving Rosco, we were naturally a bit nervous, but Jeff and Janel made the process so much easier. We started with a meet and greet to ensure it was a good fit, which really put our minds at ease. Throughout our trip, they kept us consistently informed with photos and videos of Rosco, which we loved seeing. They were also incredibly accommodating regarding Rosco’s specific dietary needs. They were proactive in asking for detailed instructions to ensure they followed his routine perfectly. It’s always difficult to leave your pup behind, but the constant updates and their friendly, attentive care made us feel completely comfortable. Highly recommended!"
