I’ve loved animals for as long as I can remember—I grew up with both a dog and a cat and was the go-to pet sitter in my neighborhood and later in college. I have experience with dogs of all ages and personalities, including reactive pups, thanks to my own childhood dog. I’ve also fostered several dogs and adore cats just as much!! With a background in health and exercise science, I’m happy to keep up with high-energy dogs, go for runs, or just enjoy some quiet cuddle time. I also have training experience and can help reinforce the skills you’re working on at home. I am currently living my post grad life and would love to be your next go-to sitter! Above all, I promise to care for your pets like family and make sure they feel safe, happy, and loved while you’re away.

When I care for pets in their own home, my goal is to keep everything as familiar and stress-free as possible. I stick closely to their usual routine—mealtimes, potty breaks, walks, and bedtime—so they feel comfortable and secure. I give them plenty of attention, whether that’s playtime, exercise, or just quiet snuggles, depending on what they love most. I also make sure your home is respected and cared for while you’re away. I’m happy to handle small tasks like bringing in mail, watering plants, or tidying up after pets so you return to a clean space.

We had such a great experience with Jane! She took wonderful care of our 9-week-old puppy during her drop-in visit and made sure to follow all our instructions perfectly. She took the time to get to know our puppy’s needs ahead of time, made him feel comfortable, and even sent us cute update photo that gave us total peace of mind. It’s not easy trusting someone new with such a young pup, but she made it effortless. 🐾
Jane was taking care of my pets and home really well. I felt I could trust her and left me at peace while traveled. She was really communicative and keeping me up to date. My dog was in heat and she offered to run to store to help picking up stuffs. Always let me know how my dogs were. She is very reliable, honest, transparent. More importantly, she did look after my house plants and fish as well. I will definitely use her again for the opportunity in the future.
Jane is an extremely responsible, compassionate person in life and in her love for all animals. She did an amazing job fostering dogs as well as dog-sitting while she was a college student and wants to continue to share her passion for animals as she is planning for her post-undergrad continued education in the health and exercise science field. Jane is energetic, detail-oriented, fun and is one that can be counted on to give your pet the love, exercise and fun it deserves while following the routine and rules you have. I am currently working at an all-women’s gym in Elmhurst. My shifts are typically no longer than 6 or 7 hours at a time during the week. If your animals can’t last that long, I can usually ask for some potty break help from my brother or boyfriend if you are comfortable with that! I am completely free on the weekends to give your fur baby all the attention they want!!
