- Mooshu is a 9 year, 3 mo. old Lhasa Apso, Mixed & Pekingese in Tucson, AZ
Mooshu is a mix lhasa also and pekingese. He's extra long, but not very tall or thick. He has an adorable underbite and often falls asleep with his tongue out. He's grown up on the UCLA campus, and so he's not bothered by much in the way of noise, and he's used to all sorts of strangers coming up to him and patting him on walks. He's 8, so while it would be easy to attribute his laziness and contentedness to just sleep to his age, he's been lazy since puppyhood. He enjoys squeaky toys, snacks (esp carrots and peppers), and napping. He doesn't care for walking too much, unless it's a cool day, but he'll go and spend a lot of time sniffing around - often in search of things to eat.
- Sex: Male
- Age: 9 years, 3 mo. old
- Weight: 21 lbs
- Breed: Lhasa Apso, Mixed & Pekingese
- Tracking Chip: No
- Neutered: Yes
- House Trained: Yes
- Gets along with children: No
He's been fine when supervised, but he hasn't had much exposure to children at all.
- Gets along with other dogs: Yes
He's lived with other dogs before and always got along great with them. He cries and pulls on walks toward other dogs because he really wants to befriend them. He has a special love for big dogs though, and while it's cute, it's also a challenge because he wants to hump them, and they often don't want that to happen to them. So that's definitely something to look out for. Also around feeding time, he can be a little territorial of his bowl - not at all toward people, but towards other dogs.
- Gets along with cats: No
I don't know. He's never been around cats.
