Dog lover, responsible care giver!
Hello! My name is Jane and I love dogs! I would be delighted to assist you with pet care. I've owned dogs all my life, and sincerely feel that a house is not a home with out some dog hair and slobbery kisses. I have years of experience pet sitting and spent some time as a professional dog walker as well, often walking 6 dogs at a time. I live with my fiance, Ian, who is also a major dog lover. We're both active and value time outside with our fur child (and yours)! I currently offer overnights in our home. If you would like, I would be happy to send picture updates daily of walks, snuggles, playtime, and cuteness! My dog, Journey (golden retriever and labrador mix), is an absolute sweetie and loves to play and make other dogs feel at home. I am responsible, professional, compassionate, timely, and active. I am grateful Jane was such a good fit to care for my dog Copper! I had so much hesitation around taking a weekend to adventure solo. Thank you Jane for taking exceptional care of both my Labrador’s, Louie and Stanley. Jane stayed in our home for 3 nights with my boys. Louie had just undergone a major surgery 3 weeks prior to her stay here. He required meds and special walking instructions. This is the first time I’ve used a dog sitter let alone letting an unknown person to stay in my home. Jane is completely trustworthy and gentle and kind!!! I highly recommend her and I’ll definitely be using her again if needed!!
Jane was wonderful with our toy Aussie, Owen. She was patient with him being anxious, and took him for a run. I am sure he had a great weekend. Thank you Jane.

Schedule
I work from home some weekdays and love to take breaks to play with dogs and get some sun outside. I walk or run my dog at least daily and often he gets out for activity twice a day. Your dog would get the same treatment!

I have a large fenced yard so dogs get to roam around outside if they want to. My house is right next to Litton trail too so we have very easy access to several miles of trails!
Pets
A typical day
You can relax knowing that your dog will get some exercise with me. I enjoy trail running with dogs if that is something they like to do. My dog LOVES chasing tennis balls, so that is a common activity in our home as well. Sometimes we go to the dog park too. I'm also very open to suggestions if your dog has a favorite location for outings or favorite types of activities!
