We have a large garden with 5 foot fencing all round so fully secure. Lots of lawned area and a wooded part at the back of the garden. There is a summer house and in nice weather the doors are open for any dogs that want to have a sleep in the shade on one of the sofas in there. In the house there are 3 rooms with sofas and a couple of dog beds so that your dog will have a choice of where they feel comfortable sleeping. When walking your dog they will be lead walked on a long line lead so that they can enjoy freedom to explore but it enables me to ensure that your dog remains safe. Please let me know about any behaviour traits and what your dogs routine is so that I can ensure they are comfortable and happy.

Let me know if your dog has any specific needs. My preference is to care for small to medium dogs as that is where my experience lies. I have a lot of experience with spaniels especially.
A typical day
For dog walking I have several great parks and woods a short car ride away so your dog would get a good walk on a long line lead. I am also able to provide drop in visits which can be combined with a lead walk if required. For daycare your dog will have access to a fully secure large garden to play and explore as well as quiet comfy spaces for when they want to rest and have some peace and quiet.

I have always had dogs and cats as pets growing up and as an adult have always had cats and dogs. My family all have dogs so I walk and look after their dogs when needed. We had a Cavalier King Charles Spaniel for 14 years and we now have a rescue Springer Spaniel from Battersea called Tilly who is very friendly and loves other dogs. Dogs are family and your dog will be treated as I treat my own, with lots of kindness, love and care. I have plenty of quiet spaces with comfy places for your dog to rest and have some peace when they want it as well as a large garden for them to explore and play in. I will carefully follow your care plan and instructions for your pet so that they feel happy, relaxed and well cared for. I am Canine 1st aid trained, canine behaviour trained and DBS checked.

Jane's 14 year old dog died recently and, as a dog lover, after a few months she decided to rescue a dog. Battersea Dog's Home contacted her about a very anxious Springer Spaniel who had been brought to them as a stray and clearly been used, and possibly abused, as a breed bitch who had given birth only weeks earlier. Battersea didn't want to advertise the dog but decided Jane could be a perfect match. That dog is now a happy, healthy family pet. She is still anxious but with Jane's gentle care and understanding she enjoys walking, swimming, and being around people and other dogs.
Jane has looked after my dogs while we have been on holidays over the years. They have always been excited to arrive when they go to stay and really love Jane, she is very much a dog lover and I always leave feeling happy they are in a home from home. She has plenty of lovely areas local to her home to walk them and a very large, secure garden too. Her resident dog is very friendly too. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Jane to look after your dogs, you won't be disappointed!
