Before I sit for your dog, I'd like for you tell me how your dog interacts with other adults, children, and dogs. Also, please let me know about any special needs your dog may have (diet, medication, mobility/exercise), as well as any other unique traits you feel I should know about your dog.
A typical day
I've got a large fenced-in yard, as well as a large park just a few blocks away. I love to walk and will take your dog on many walks throughout the day. There will be playtime with an assortment of toys, as well downtime for your dog to just relax or nap.

Hello. I've been a dog owner for 30 years and a dog lover forever! I would love to take the stress and worry away from you while you're away by you knowing that your dog is being loved, cared for, pampered, exercised and played with as if s/he was one of my own! My husband and I live in a split-level home in Skokie with a large fenced-in yard. We were privileged to be the owners of two adorable, sweet-natured and friendly female Beagles named Bria and Chloe. Bria was 14 when she passed in 1994, and Chloe recently passed in February of this year. She was almost 16. They were the best! Since I work out of my home, I'm typically there through-out the day, so you never have to worry about your dog being alone. I will always accommodate your dog's unique needs by following your instructions faithfully. I'll keep you updated with photos, texts and emails, if desired, so you'll never have to wonder "What's going on?" Your dog's comfort and your peace of mind are my top priorities. I'd like to develop a long-term service relationship with you and your dog and hope you'll consider me for any of your dog's boarding, walking, or home-visit needs. Jane was a fantastic dogsitter for Leo while we were out of town for 5 days. Leo was really well taken of the entire time he was there. She sent tons of pictures of him throughout the stay which was exactly what we hoped for. Leo needs medication twice a day at certain times and she was amazing with making sure this was done. He was treated like one of the family the entire time which we loved. Her sweet beagle Chloe and Leo were bffs the entire time! We look forward to using Jane as our dog sitter for future vacations!
Jane took excellent care of my dog (more than I could have ever expected), Max, while I was away for 5 days. Max gets extremely nervous and shy around new environment and people, but with her and her family he was super comfortable and playful. Jane kept me posted how Max was doing and pictures throughout my whole trip and that made me not worry about him at all. I'd definitely book a stay with Jane in the future without any hesitation. Jane took great care of our dog. She had her on one of the hottest days of the summer, Coco and Cholie had a fun time. They have a great yard! Jane was very comforting to our pup when she became anxious at times. I’d highly recommend using Jane and her family
