I have a pretty flexible schedule, I am available most afternoons and evenings throughout the week. I am available after 6:30 AM and before 5 PM.

Pet care experience
I grew up with dogs and cats in my home, so caring for animals has always been second nature to me. I started my pet care journey at 15, going all over my hometown to look after people’s pets, and I’ve loved it ever since. Over the years, I’ve cared for dogs, cats, birds, snakes, and even horses. I have alap spent time volunteering at different shelters both in my home state and Virginia. Each animal brings a unique experience, and I always enjoy the chance to connect with them and give them all the attention and love they need .

Janae was an excellent sitter for my dog Bruce! We booked her for boarding for 3 nights and she sent daily updates which were much appreciated. She was wonderful with Bruce and very trustworthy, we knew he was in good hands!
This was my first experience leaving Story with Janae. From the moment I met Janae and she interacted with Story, I knew I was going to be worry free while Story was in her care. I really like that she has a fenced yard, and there are other dogs Story can interact with while she is caring for her, but that she was the only dog in Janae’s living space while she was being boarded. I am looking forward to more interactions with Janae for Story.
