I work from home full-time, so I am available most weekdays after 5pm and all day on weekends. I have flexibility within the day as well, depending on the length of a home visit.

I adopted my first cat in 2018, and have been obsessed ever since. I currently have two cats, Mac and Marty, and they are my best friends. Since owning cats, I have been dedicated to educating myself about how to keep them happy, healthy, and feeling secure in their environment. I know to be extremely patient with cats, to let them set the rules and boundaries for how they want to interact with you, and to look out for changes in behavior that can act as subtle but very important health indicators. I also know that cats require a lot of attention, different kinds of enrichment, and a high level of care.
Reviews
For about the last year and a half I have had the pleasure of helping Jana with her two cats when she goes out of town. She leaves me very clear and concise instructions with pictures too! She has lots of toys for them and treat puzzles, etc. It’s obvious to me how much she loves them and cares about their well-being. Since Jana is such a fabulous kitty mama, I know she will be a fabulous kitty sitter! I highly recommend her!
Jana Viets is a caring and thoughtful companion to two beautiful and gentle cats. Marty and Mac are sweet black cats with their own character.
