I have lived with dogs my entire life and think of them as family. I will only have small groups of dogs at a time so your pupper will get lots of attention and belly rubs. I have experience with senior dogs and administering medications.

Jana was great, she helped Kita acclimate. She took good care of her. Kita had a lot of fun playing with other dogs.
We continue to choose Jana because she treats our fur babies like family and Falcor and Lexie know it! They are always excited to visit her. She consistently is great at communicating with us and sending pics as well.
Jana took such great care of our corgi! This is his second time staying there, and the level of care and attention is top notch. Jana sends pictures and updates which are always appreciated. I’ll be booking again for our next trip! I totally recommend Jana :)

Excellent communicator and lovely human. Both of my dogs were well cared for and happy.
I was nervous about hiring a sitter to watch my dogs while having to attend a funeral put of state, because they can take awhile to warm up to new people as well as be reactive to new people, but after two meet n’ greets (Jana was very patient and probably stayed longer than most people would have while trying to calm my dogs), the pups ended up accepting her as one of their people. She provided updates and photos everyday. Would highly recommend her.

Schedule
I am a Realtor with a flexible schedule so I am able to care for pets most days during the week. I normally feed the dogs twice a day but I can accommodate special needs.

Safety, trust & environment
I have a fenced yard and dogs have full run of the house including the living room furniture. I offer medication administration if needed. I have a Labradoodle who is here so your dog will always have a play buddy. My dog is reactive to new people and may bark loudly at meeting. I assure you that she settles right down as soon as the new humans leave and I will send video proof. Sometimes she even settles while new humans are still here! I generally run a kennel free enviroment (unless that is what your dog is used to. Then you can bring your own kennel). At bedtime I take the dogs lead on where they like to sleep. Some prefer sleeping next to my bed, some in my bed and some prefer the living room.

A typical day
We love to play fetch and hide and seek. I may take the dogs on walks around the neighborhood or to the beach (dogs will be leashed). Please bring your dogs harness for walks.
