Jana went absolutely above and beyond in looking after our dogs during a very stressful and unexpected situation when our flight to the UK was cancelled at the last minute. She was incredibly helpful and flexible, even offering to collect our dogs from another dog sitter. She gave them a courtesy bath, washed their beds, and took wonderful care of them throughout their extended stay. When their food ran out, Jana kindly bought more herself to make sure they were well looked after. She even took them to their grooming appointment when we were unable to get back to the UK in time. Jana was always very prompt in responding to messages and sent us daily updates, which gave us great peace of mind while we were stranded abroad. She is extremely friendly, caring and reliable, and it is clear that she genuinely loves and cares for the dogs she looks after. We are so grateful for everything Jana did for us and our dogs. She provided such a high standard of care and support during a difficult situation, and we honestly couldn't have asked for a better dog sitter. Archie had a one week stay with Jana and her family, their family dog and another visiting dog. He clearly had an amazing time and got to experience new walking routes and even went to the dog beach near them. Jana was great at communicating with updates and some lovely pictures throughout the week whilst we were away. We would highly recommend them to others that require boarding and will book again in the future.
Jana and her family were amazing looking after our cockapoo. Right from the booking to the end she was amazing. Kept me up to date with what teddy was upto. I would highly recommend and i will be using her again. Thankyou so much xx

Schedule
Im am a part time worker. My family consist of my husband and 2 children and 1 senior dog. Having your dog as our guest means we will make sure they have a comfortable stay and are well looked after. They will be treated as one of our family members but maybe with a little more effection as we know they might be scared in new environments.
