I am available for 24 hour pet care in your home Friday evening through Sunday evening, or drop in visits M-F after 4:30pm until 8pm.

A typical day
I accommodate to each unique situation. If your critter likes to nap on the couch all day or if they need a 30 minute walk and active outside time, I keep their routine as close to their normal day as possible.

Pet care experience
I have 2 Siberian Huskies (1 senior and 1 epileptic), and 3 cats. I love dogs of all breeds and sizes. I have a bachelors degree in animal science. My career is animal care, I’ve worked in zoos and veterinary hospitals. I’m confident giving medications (eye, oral, SQ and IM injections), and addressing medical issues.

We had a wonderful experience with Jana! She took amazing care of both Sterling and Tiger, and we could tell they were happy, comfortable, and well looked after the entire time. Jana was also very quick to communicate with us whenever anything came up, which gave us a lot of peace of mind while we were away. On top of that, she helped keep our home clean, tidy, and safe, and we really appreciated the extra care and responsibility she showed. My dogs are definitely substitutes for my children who have grown up and moved away. I spoil my dogs terribly and my house is basically set up just for their comfort. I needed someone to watch them in their own home where they are happy. Jana was wonderful with them. When I got home the dogs were much happier and calmer than they are when I take them to my mother's to watch them. I'll be asking Jana to watch my dogs whenever I'm out of town!
Jana professionally works with animals and is amazing with special needs animals and medication administration. Whether it’s pills or injectables she has the knowledge to perform those with safety. She has her own cats and dogs and I know would be a trustworthy caretaker of any animal.
