I currently have 1 cat but she minds her own business. I will let your dog just snuggle or mind it’s own business if that’s what it prefers. I can also crate but I prefer to just let them be at home and roam the house.

A typical day
I love to stimulate and play with your dogs physically and mentally. We’ll check out all the good smells around the neighborhood and get brush downs or even a bath if you would like them to.

Pet care experience
Hello, I’m a retired dairy farmer of 40 years. I’ve always had a dog in my life. Sometimes 1 sometimes 3. I’ve had a hard time saying no if there was ever a dog, cat, pony, in need of a home. I had a fun summer with some families taking care of their dogs while they were on vacation and would love to continue to do so.

Highly recommend Jan, she was professional and greeted Mabel with affection!! She did have a couple other dogs during Mabels stay, and she was cautious as she introduced them to each other. We could tell Mabel enjoyed here stay as she had to go give Jan hugs before we left. We will definetly use jan again!
Jan was super flexible with getting our two dogs in for Thanksgiving. She sent photos and updates throughout the stay and made sure to ask questions about what the pups were used to at home. When we picked them up she gave us an update and lots of love to the pups before they left. The dogs definitely looked like they had a lot of fun while they were there!
