Hello! My name is Jamie, or the dog mom, from what my friends call me. My husband and I have 2 huskies and 2 lab mixes who are spoiled beyond belief. I love jogging and hiking with my dogs so I know a bunch of local trails and swimming spots in the area. If your pet just wants to relax and cuddle, I’m partial to that too! Growing up my family always had several different types of pets from dogs and cats to birds and reptiles, so naturally I am a huge animal lover. We live in a secluded cul-de-sac on 7 acres of roaming land for your dog to get some energy out. I’m also big into their nutrition and make my own dog food. I have been babysitting several of my friends and family’s dogs for years now as well as making their dog’s food. I promise your pet will be in great hands and loved beyond belief!

I feel so lucky to have found my new dog sitter Jamie! I was very happy to be able to leave my Betty in the comfort of our home. From the moment I met Jamie, I knew she was a devoted dog mom such as myself. She gave Betty her medicine, and spent quality time with her several times a day. I absolutely loved receiving wonderful pictures of Betty while on vacation. I could see in my Betty's eyes that she was happy being with Jamie while I was gone. Hurricane Henri did not stop Jamie from coming to my house. She traveled to my house during the hurricane to care for Betty and provided me with updates on my power outage. I have high expectations and Jamie exceeded those expectations!
Jamie was amazing with my dog! She was incredibly helpful and accommodating, and helped me out last minute. Such a kind person, and I could tell my dog was in good hands! I would highly recommend her services to anyone and will be booking again
Very professional, very friendly, very attentive. Jamie has been watching my dog for years when I go on vacation or travel for work and she’s always flexible to fit me in. Snoozer doesn’t ever want to come home! 10/10 would recommend.
Jamie is my go to dog sitter. She has developed a bond with my dog through the years as he has aged. He has special needs (eye drops, must be carried over stairs etc. ) and Jamie has supported and nurtured him over the years. She is reliable, personable and a true dog companion. I’m always at ease on vacation when I know Jamie is on the job. I highly recommend her to anyone as a dog sitter.
Jamie is an excellent dog sitter. I was so nervous to leave my puppies anywhere when I went on vacation bc they have separation anxiety but Jamie was a perfect match. She sent me pictures and videos everyday of the two of them. They were treated like royalty at her house. She took them for walks, played with them in the yard and snuggled them at night. She treats every animal as if it's her own. She was attentive to their dietary needs and gave updates daily. A++ rating from me. I wouldn't trust anyone else!!
There is no doubt that Jamie loves dogs whether they are her own and someone else’s. She gives anyone’s dog the best care and the most attention that I’ve ever seen. She’s truly amazing with animals, I strongly suggest hiring her!!

Schedule
I’m currently working part time. I care for my dogs every chance I am home! Currently caring for my 15 year old dog who requires a lot of care. I try to run/walk my dogs in the state forest a few times a week. Otherwise, we walk on our property and play outside.

A typical day
I live in a private, super dog friendly cul-de-sac and have 7 acres of roaming land in my back yard. I also have a vehicle to transport dogs to go on hikes in the pachaug state forest. I have 2 dog runs in my yard as well if your dog is not great with being off leash, but also don't mind using a leash of course. We will play fetch (if that's your dog's thing) and I know some great swimming spots as well!
