I currently work remotely so I am able to give your pet 100% of my attention! I walk my own dog twice a day for 30-40 minutes and take him out for a “sun time” session weather permitting as well!

I have a partially fenced in yard but I do have a short deck where Tiller my dog loves to sunbathe on his bed! I have an extra for a friend and am extremely careful with taking my dogs on walks! I have a very long driveway away from the road so it’s very private and serene where I live, the perfect getaway for your fur baby while you have to work or vacation! I can also (with permission granted) take your dog to the dog park if they are friendly with other dogs! If you are boarding with me, your dog is welcome to sleep wherever they would like as I believe animals are always welcome to feel right at home!

We will go on big walks, maybe to the beach, visit the quiet local dog park, play in the backyard on a long lead! Whatever would be permitted or expected! I want your dogs stay to be 100% fun and stress free!

Pet care experience
I have had dogs, cats, birds and reptiles my entire life. I can handle all energy levels and know how to channel them accordingly to most breeds. I currently have a dog, Tiller! He is a 5-6 year old Black Mouth Cur rescue from Southold Animal Shelter and I treat him as my son! I have raised a few puppies to adulthood before him including my late Gimli, and have spent many many days with dog friends over the course of my life. Your fur baby will be treated like family and I believe that all creatures are allowed on the furniture! Life is just better with animals!

Jamie was a fantastic dog sitter! She updated me every day during Ruckus’ weeklong stay with pictures and with how Ruckus was doing at her home and with him getting along with her own dog. Jamie was attuned to Ruckus needs . . . since he’ll soon be 12 years old, Jamie took him on long walks when he was up for it and kept his walks shorter when she could see he was tired. Ruckus is a very picky eater, so Jamie bought him extra special fresh meat and vegetables and cooked for him (with my prior approval) to get him to eat. I would definitely use Jamie again in the future, whenever we’re visiting eastern Long Island. Thank you, Jamie!
Jamie was an amazing sitter for our 6 yo Lab Fancy. She gave our dog a home away from home providing fun walks on the beach, going to dog parks and more. Her dog Tiller was the perfect friend for Fancy. They got along so well. Fancy has a lot of anxiety around other people and dogs, but with Jamie none of this surfaced. We are so happy to have found you and wouldn’t hesitate to use you for dog sitting on our next trip away.
Jamie and her partner were so patient with me and Pippen, this was the first time I we ever left him with a stranger and he’s special needs. They stayed in contact all day and sent plenty of pics and when I went to pick him up he did so great 🙏
Jamie was 300% extraordinary. She helped me in a pickle to get support and was super-awesome with my puppy!!! She took pictures and kept me up to date on everything!! I could not ask for a better sitter for my puppy!!! Tiller was awesome and kind enough to share his toys with my pup!!!
