Loving Family Loves Pets!
Though we are new to Rover, we are not new to taking care of pets in our home! For over 16 years we have had loving pets in our home. My husband trained champion bird dogs for a while and we loved having any type of pet and animal around. We trained and raised a champion dog that was a huge part of our family and extended family, and when he died at 13 years old, we felt the loss hard. As our kids grew into teenagers, we felt that we needed more animals in our home. We began fostering and hosting pets. From dogs and cats to bunnies and even a chameleon. Recently, we have dog sat for a few families and when we do, these sweet animals become part of our family! My kids (ages 10-16) love doting on them and spoiling them. They love to play and snuggle and love on them. Some of the pets we watch are just puppies and thankfully, with kids around they are wonderful to help play with and work on their potty training benchmarks. We have taken these pets on hikes, on car rides, and to the park. We have watched animals in our home (our favorite!), as well as checked on animals in their homes and coming over to give potty breaks and a little love. We feel especially grateful that we get to have these animals in our home and part of our family for just a little while. We miss them when they're gone! Give us the details and we can continue on with their potty training, senior care, or behavior training. We would love for your part of the family to come and be with our family while you're away!

Jamie and family were great. Our dogs appeared very relaxed and happy staying with Jamie and family. We liked that there were children, of all ages, to play with and pet our 3 senior dogs. When we arrived to pick up our dogs, it was as though they were part of Jamie's family. Not sure if they wanted to come back home with us! They went for early morning walks and were fed and treated approrpriately. We left our dogs with Jamie during very high temperatures (100+), yet the dogs were very well cared for. Jamie's house was nice and cool for our older dogs and the tile floors were perfect. We felt very at ease leaving our 3 dogs with Jamie and her family.
We had to leave town on an emergency and Jaime was so quick to respond. We thank her and her kiddos for loving on our two fluff balls while we had to leave. She made them feel right at home and sent some photos! Sooo thankful for them!! ❤️
Jamie and her family were wonderful with our mini golden doodle Lucy! Lucy loves them all so much and loves the attention she receives! Jamie and her family are all so caring, kind, and loving to her! Will definitely book with them again!
She was amazing with communication and my dog had a BLAST with her. She was very well taken care of and during the stay, she texted and sent me pictures and described her day, which I absolutely loved!
I loved having Jamie as our sitter. I had absolutely no worries knowing my dog was being loved and well cared for. Jamie was amazing with updates and pictures, which gave me so much peace of mind. When I picked my baby up, she looked so happy. I would definitely recommend Jamie to anyone looking for someone to care for their fur baby.
First rover experience was excellent. Jamie and her family took such good care of Freya and she had such a good time with them. Great communication and a truly wonderful family. Highly recommend Jamie as a sitter and look forward to the next time we are in St. George and in need of a sitter.

Zeitplan
I am a stay-at-home mom who works online and I homeschool a few of my kids, so there is almost always someone here. We love taking breaks and taking them on walks, on hikes or to the park.

We have a huge back yard that backs up to a beautiful hill and trail that is great for walking! We often take pets out to the backyard on a leash and let them explore all of the new sights and sounds. Pets are more than welcome on our furniture, on the carpet and on the beds if it's ok with you. We have an open living room for lots of play, lounging and snuggles. We do have stairs and kids rooms upstairs they are welcome in, again, if it's part of your family rules. We are ok with crate trained animals to potty-training puppies. We love them all!
Ein typischer Tag
My kids and I love taking the dogs on a leash onto the hill and trail in our backyard. There are so many new sights and smells, that most of the dogs are just itching to get up there! We have also taken them to the park (with owner's permission), on short hikes and playing in the yard. We live up on a quiet cult-a-sac so walks every few hours are lovely. There is lots of play time inside and outside the home, as well as resting on laps, and on beds, and couches.
