Jamie really loves animals so I felt Nachos was in good hands. Overall, it was an OK experience just a few things that stood out to me. He didn't really check in with me unless I prompted. So there were some days I didn't get a message and I was on a work trip so it was hard to get a free moment to check in. I figured if I'm paying someone to stay at my house to watch my cat, they'd message me willingly. The water fountain wasn't topped up so my cat was quite thirsty when I got home. Not sure how many days it was running low/empty. As soon as I filled his fountain, he drank for 10+ minutes straight which he never does. I was quite worried. My cat also got into the closet and ripped into the kibble bag but thankfully didn't eat the whole thing so not a huge deal but could have been really bad if he had eaten the whole bag. Jamie stayed overnight which is fine but the house was dirty. Food stains and food crusted on the countertops and milk spilled on the cabinet doors. Bathroom was dirty, etc. He did set the dishwasher to go to wash the dishes and took out the garbage which I appreciated.

Jamie was available in a last minute pinch for overnight stays. He helped my kitty with chemo by dispensing medications and dealing with his picky appetite. Jamie is obviously an animal lover. The kitties liked him right away and they had a nice time together. I would definitely use his kitty care services again.
