Peace of mind for you & your pets
My love of animals started from a young age as I have always had dogs and a cat growing up (sheep dog, lab mix rescues, a Newfie, & a calico kitty) and spent my summers in Vermont on my Aunt’s dairy farm. I loved to play with the barn kittens and spend time with all of the different animals from baby cows, goats, and her German shepherd. I have been taking care of 3 dogs in my neighborhood for 5+ years 3 times per week for drop in care. The owner got a mini doodle puppy December 2023 so I also have puppy sitting experience. I have been pet sitting, dog walking for over a year with Rover. I prefer to stay local to Bridgewater, Roxbury, New Milford, Southbury, Brookfield but will travel up to 25 min. I have more reviews/references and can provide those if needed. I have a 90 lb rescue named June who is 12 years old. I take very good care of myself and my family and would love to do the same for yours. I enjoy being outside and being active. I am a former Montessori teacher/nanny and have cared for infants to elementary aged children in many different early childhood environments. Hope to hear from you soon!

I can care for your pets in your own home. Safety is at the top of my priority list. I will treat your pet as my own making sure they are safe and well looked after. I strive to keep their routines consistent to what they are used to. I provide daily updates with detailed messages, photos, and short videos. I am certified in pet 1st aid/CPR. I also have a Vet tech in my family which is a valuable resource who I can ask ?’s when needed. I have been reliable and trustworthy and always do my best to make sure the needs are met of the animals in my care. As well as making sure to take note of anything that would be something I would want to know if it was my own pet and relaying the message to the owner. I am always present with the animals in my care being aware of how they are behaving. My years of experience as a caregiver for infants and young children I have always had a strong sense when they are not acting themselves and I have carried this over with the animals I care for too.

Jamie was a lifesaver for me! With very little notice due to a family emergency, Jamie committed to house sitting my cat and dog for several days. She is very conscientious, reliable, dedicated and responsible. I will definitely use Jamie again. I highly recommend her,

Jamie was great with my dogs and helped me out when I was stuck working a double at work. She is very sweet with my dogs and went above and beyond what I asked her to do! I will definitely be asking her back again!!!
Jaimie has helped me faithfully for 3-4 years. She has cared for my three dogs, and after my older dog died and I got a new puppy, she took Moose under her careful wing as well. As you can imagine, caring for a puppy requires patience and tolerance. Jaimie has never wavered. She has cleaned up "accidents", fed the dogs, and has always carefully kept me informed if she had any concerns about their welfare. I can not recommend her highly enough. Anyone who gets a chance to have her care for their pets is beyond lucky. Thank you for giving me a chance to recommend her.

Programa
I currently pet sit weekly for drop-in care/walks for clients that need me occasionally. My schedule is open otherwise during the week and very flexible to work with your needs. I hope to get some active outside time by dog walking/hiking or playtime by incorporating pet care into my week.
