Availability
My availability allows me to have flexibility in scheduling weekday and weekend pet care, including early mornings and late nights. I am able to provide multiple drop-in visits per day. I am also available during all school and national holidays, including Christmas. My schedule is perfect for weekend getaways, family visits, and even the working pet parents. I offer free meet and greets before bookings so we can discuss your individual needs and decide if I am a good fit for both you and your pets. I usually respond quickly so feel free to message me with dates, times, and any other relevant information.

I understand the challenge it can be to find good, reliable pet care that's tailored to you and your pets unique needs and schedule. That is why I offer a variety of pet care options. Including, 30-minute walks, 60-minute walks, drop-in visits, multiple pets, daily and drop in visits and walks, overnight care and extended stays. I can confidently administer medication, provide bathing and grooming, playtime and exercise time, and feeding and watering. I tailor care plans so it is specific to each pet. I also provide photo and text updates to give you peace of mind. I specialize in providing care in your home, so pets stay comfortable in their own environments while you're away. For overnight and extended stays I also provide simple home security measures (mail collection, package pickup, lights on/off, trash and recycle bins takeout) as well as plant watering and simple home cleaning, at no extra charge. Also, I offer repeat clients a discount for referrals to friends and family (and they book a service with me)

Please make me aware of any specific and special needs your pet(s) may have, even if it's only temporary. I like to know prior to starting services if your pets have any health problems, allergies, or precautions. Example of this would be: your dog is people or pet aggressive and I need to stand in between a person or animal while outside. I also like to know certain rules you prefer your pets to follow such as, don't let them jump up on people, no eating human food, or keep them off furniture. If your pet has anything they are scared of please inform me of that too! Whatever is your pets quirk(s) I like to know beforehand but don't worry, it will not affect my decision to provide care for your pets.
A typical day
Currently, I am the proud parent of a 14 year old Blue Lynx/Siamese cat and a 6 year old mixed breed dog. For most of my life, 30+ years I have been a dog and/or cat owner. I am confident in my level of experience in caring for not just dogs and cats but also for rabbits, birds, fish, reptiles, and even horses! I'm comfortable in preparing and feeding specialized diets, high energy dogs and cats, nervous pets, senior pets with/without health concerns, abused/mistreated animals, kittens and litter box care, and puppies with potty training needs. I try to keep your pets schedule and routines as close to their normal as possible. If your pet likes to walk to the park, play fetch, or just cuddle on the couch and get petted then that is what your pet and I will do! It's all about them in my world!

Pet care experience
All my life I have loved and cared for animals. That's why after years of being the person my family and friends asked to watch and care for their pets, I decided to turn my passion into a part-time side hustle. I get excited on the days I wake up knowing I get to spend time with furry friends! I love all breeds and sizes of dogs, but I have particular experience with: Chihuahua's, Cocker Spaniel's, Terrier's, Labrador's, Retriever's, Pit-Bulls, Border Collie's, German Shepherd's, and Doberman Pinscher's. I'm currently attending an online university, which affords me scheduling flexibility for a variety of pet related needs. My own rescue dog, Bear has taught me so much about canine behavior and patience! He brings me continuous joy and fun every day. Rain, sleet, snow, or sun I pride myself on the reliability I offer. I have a genuine love for all animals and flexibility that includes weekdays, weekends, and holidays including Christmas.

She was very attentive to my pet and communicated any questions or needs right away! She took the stress off of a long weekend away, I would definitely book with her again!
Jamie did a great job managing my pup all throughout my move in day. She was flexible, prompt, attentive, and communicated well. Plus, Sam loved her! She also came to do a midday walk the next day, and Sam knew her right away and did great with her.
Jamie and our dog got along from the first meet. While we were gone she kept us updated about our cat and dog. She is a great communicator and we felt good about leaving our pets and house in her care. I would definitely want her next time.
