I am currently just starting a new job so I set my availability to Fridays at this time. When I’m more adjusted, I may be able to open up more availability on the weekends and potentially early mornings.

I don’t have any pets of my own at the moment. Since my goal is to mainly do walking, in-home visits, and eventually house sitting, I don't believe my own space matters much. I am a very respectful guest and care deeply for animals. I’ve spent long weekends and weeks caring for pets or just been hired to come by for walks. I always try to be as respectful of the host’s home as I am of their pets. I will be sure and take good care of your pets in and around their own spaces!

I truly honor how special your relationship with your pet is, and how specific (or non-specific!) their routines can become. Please let me know any special quirks, interests, or details about your pet, and anything I can do to make them feel supported and safe. I know that it can feel scary to entrust your pet’s care to a new, strange person. Just know I’m honored to care for and spend a little time with them!
A typical day
I love to engage with animals as much as they feel comfortable engaging with me. Whether that’s gentle pets, sharing space, playing a game, walking, running, sniffing, or cuddling, I’m up for anything. I luckily live in central Tacoma, so I have a lot of fun neighborhoods to walk in and parks nearby to explore. I am also happy to sticking to your neighborhood and pet’s routine, whatever that may be.

Pet care experience
I got really serious about pet care while working at a hospital. There was an abundance of humans that needed their pet friends to be cared for, and so, I started a pretty lucrative side business house sitting and caring for my colleagues’ and friends’ pets while they traveled or worked. I was lucky enough to spend time with all personalities of cats and dogs, from young ones to seniors. I also grew up with many cats, and I have spent time living with friends and their pets throughout the years. I’m getting really interested in dog training and my algorithm is basically all dog trainers now (maybe my next career!)
