Thanks for taking the time to read my profile! As a dog-owner, I have experienced the stress and anxiety of finding someone who will look after my dogs the same way I do. Someone who is patient with their quirks and willing to treat my dogs as their own…..so this is what I strive for while looking after your dogs! Most importantly, I want your time away (whether it’s for work, travel or something else) to be as stress free as possible. I have 10+ years volunteering with various animal rescue groups and I am a certified Therapy Dog team member here in Sudbury (Magical Paws Pet Therapy) which means I volunteer in LTC homes and hospice with 2 of my dogs. I am also an approved foster home for multiple rescues across Ontario. We have fostered 11 rescue dogs in the past 3 years. I am available most weekdays (I work weekdays between 9-1 so I try to schedule drop offs outside that window.) I have a 14-year old daughter (loves animals and is a huge help with your dogs while I’m at work). Smoke-free home. I have a fully fenced yard, and live in the West End. I am comfortable with all sizes of dogs & special needs dogs. Willing to administer medication. Whether your dog(s) want hiking and adventure, (cooling off in my dog pool, or just chilling on the couch) I’m happy to provide whatever level of activity your dog enjoys! Jamie was great with communication and clearly takes a lot of pride in ensuring the safety of the dogs she watches. I would highly recommend her.
She did a great job with Sonny. Very communicative and loved the daily pictures. Sonny looked like he had the best time with new friends. He also came home very clean such is great compared to other sitters. I will definitely be using her again.
Jamie J was great with Zena and gave her lots of extra care to ensure that Zena was content. She sent daily photos so that I could see how Zena was doing as well as keeping me informed. I would definitely leave Zena with Jamie again.

Schedule
I work Mon-Fri from 9am-1pm. I can accommodate drop offs/pick ups almost anytime outside this window. (If drop off/pick up needs to occur in this time frame I can arrange for my daughter to be there, but I prefer to be there to meet you when possible!) Should you be looking for boarding (in my home), your dog would only be alone for about 4 hours a day (during the school year) and not alone at all during summer break.

I have 3 very friendly small dogs (all neutered and up to date on shots) and a fully fenced yard. We also have a small doggy pool for hot days.
Pets
A typical day
Walks, outdoor play (fully fenced yard), doggy pool, work on existing training and more. We can also arrange play dates, grooming appointments, to and from vet care and more. We love hiking too if that is something your pup enjoys!
