I work from home 3 days a week. Water is made accessible in two areas (where there food is and in my bedroom where they will sleep). Meals are provided per the instructions of the owner. Dogs are walked around the property 3-4 times a day: morning upon waking, afternoon, evening, and right before bed if needed.

Dogs are allowed on the couch and couch covers are washed between stays. They are often washed during stays for dogs that shed heavily. Dogs are walked during potty breaks and I prefer harnesses over collars. The property has squirrels and several ducks, and harnesses offer better stability and control and remove the risk of throat pressure or choking from the leash. I have food and water bowls, and doggy beds.

Please let me know the following: if your dog barks a lot, if your has separation anxiety or is fearful or shy, your dog’s routine schedule for walks and meals, if the meals require any cook time or preparation, if your dog has any specific needs, and what comforts your dog.

All pups get belly rubs, bedtime treats, and raised window blinds so they can monitor outside activity! Lol! I play fetch, the hand claw game, and a soft version of tug-of-war with pups who like to play. I initiate play with high-energy dogs, take longer walks, and offer toys that can keep them busy. We have a small fenced in area that allows for off-leash play. I do not take dogs to public dog parks. For the pups that are chill, I take them on shorter walks and spend more time cuddling on the couch.

I'm a dog lover! I had the most precious rescue (Papillion/Pomeranian named Sasha) growing up and by the time I finished undergrad, she had her wings. I love to spend time with my relatives’ dogs that include a Boston Terrier, Boxer, and an American Staff. If your dog has personality, likes to cuddle, or is sheer entertainment, I'm your sitter! My home is their world! Belly-rubs, playtime, and walks by the lake are non-negotiable! LOL!

Right from the start after meeting Jamie, we knew she would take really great care of our dog while we were away. Jamie is friendly and a wonderful communicator sending daily updates and pictures so we always knew how our pup was doing. Jamie went above and beyond by asking thoughtful questions at our meet and greet that showed just how intentional she is about providing the best care possible for our dog. Jamie is clearly experienced with dogs and treated our dog like her own. Our pup came home healthy, clean and happy! Drop off and pick up were seamless. We highly recommend Jamie and will 100% be booking with her for our future pet-sitting needs.
