I had a baby in June & am currently staying home with her & the pups. My husband is also well versed in caring for dogs and helps out a lot. I try to send updates with pictures & videos every couples of days, but am happy to respond to more frequent requests.

Safety, trust & environment
I have an acre fenced in yard (4 foot welded wire fence). Dogs are crated and are let out to potty & play usually every 2-3 hours (and never longer than 7 hours, except at night). Dogs are always supervised when out in the fenced-in yard. I adhere to feeding schedules and provide fresh water.

Information Jamie D. would like to know about your pet
I would love to know if the dog has had a history of good/bad interactions with dogs or humans so I know what to expect when they arrive. I would also like a list of any known allergies. I am also happy to watch intact male/female dogs, but would like to know ahead of time. (Intact males/females will never have free contact with each other, unless they are younger puppies & only with supervision.)
A typical day
My large fenced in yard provides lots of room to run & play. I am happy to play fetch & I provide toys for dogs to run around with. If I have multiple dogs, I am happy to introduce & supervise play between the dogs if they are friendly. For safety reasons, I only introduce dogs that seem eager to interact and play with the other dog. If they don’t like the company of other canines, that is okay too and I am happy to give them their own time out in the yard and I can be their playmate.

Pet care experience
I have been caring for various pets since I was 7 years old including small rodents, lizards, snakes, birds, cats, dogs, & horses. I have worked at the zoo in the past, and I recently left a job as a dog trainer. I am currently working at a small animal/equine vet. I am comfortable accommodating for senior pets, giving medications, as well as caring for reactive or anxious dogs.
Reviews

Jamie was amazing! Willow was worn out by the time she got back home and she’s a lab so I know she got to run to her hearts content. I got many updates and pictures/videos, it’s safe to say I felt as though she was in the best hands as possible. Definitely would recommend Jamie and I would love to use her again!!

Jamie is great! She knows dogs real well. She has a great yard to run in. We’ve used her often.

Gracie Jane was so well cared for. She is older and handicapped and got lots of special attention. My happy camper will be using Jamie in the future for sure 💗

Jamie is kind and patient and takes wonderful care of our pets. I wouldn’t trust anybody else!
