Happy to love your dog as my own!
Growing up I’ve always had a love for animals particularly dogs. I don’t think there has been a point in my life I’ve lived without a dog or two. Now as an adult I’ve turned that passion into dog sitting and caring for others pets. It’s hard to find someone you trust and feel comfortable with as this is dog is part of your family. I would love to help with that. I’ve been a dog sitter for over 26 years now through word of mouth. I have personally owned many chihuahuas, huskies, shepherd mix and a coonhound. I specialize in providing care for older dogs who require special attention and a safe, comfortable environment. Additionally, I have extensive experience with dogs who suffer from separation anxiety, helping them feel secure through extra attention and dedicated time. While I am particularly familiar with smaller breeds, I have also cared for dogs of all sizes throughout my career. If you're looking for someone who will treat your dog with the same love and care as their own, I would be delighted to help.

Jamie did a great job looking after Luna. Luna was happy when I got her back and Jamie provided photos showing that Luna enjoyed playing with Jamie's bloodhound.
Jamie was fantastic with my ladybug! I got pictures and updates and was assured that Lady was doing awesome as I knew she would thanks for being a great host for my little doggy while I was traveling!
Jamie is so good with Winston! She was very careful to understand his special needs and quirks. We are so happy to have had her help us and would definitely recommend her to my friends! :-)
Jamie did an amazing job watching our baby. She made me feel comfortable and Sutton warmed up to her very fast. I highly recommend her and will be using again. Sutton I think misses Jamie’s family as well now that we have her home!
Jamie and her family were fantastic and Pfeifer had a blast. Jamie kept me updated and shared photos of the fun Pfeifer was having. She kept her active and tuckered out as well as a welcome part of their family.
Jamie is great with my puppy! Bella loves going to her house!

Zeitplan
I’m currently a stay at home mom with older kids in school (8,14,17 and away at college 19 years old). During the day it would be a quiet relaxed environment. I have a passion for dogs and love helping pet owners with any behavioral issues or support as I care for their pets. I’m able to make the dog comfortable and have enjoyed the bond I create with every dog I watch. My goal is to help those relax while gone knowing they don’t have to worry about the care of their pet.

While I normally have one dog at a time, occasionally there may be days when boarding and doggy day care overlap or I may do both on a case by case basis but I will do my best to inform owners ahead of time and accommodate owners and pets accordingly. I first would want to know how you care for your dog in your home. From there I try to adjust how I watch him or her in my home so the pet is comfortable doing what they are use to. Communication is important so I can understand what the needs are and provide a safe environment.

A typical day would be centered around what the specific needs of your pet is. If they are high energy we would walk a lot. It all depends on the pet/breed.
