Trustworthy and Loving Care for Your Furry Friend!
I love dogs! In my family home we have dog sat and looked after and cared for the visiting dogs like they were our own. Over the last 5+ years I have looked after a range of dogs, most noteably was Delilah a German Shepherd who was old and a bit frail. She would occasionally neglect her food and water which would then be consumed by other dogs in the area. So I would sit with her to make sure she was eating all her food and drinking. Some of my fondest memories are bath times with Delilah! Delilah also lived on a sandy island so her nails grew long fast, which I handled with trimming her nails.

Currently I don't have the option of welcoming your pet into my home. I am happy to visit your home and will treat it with the utmost respect and care. I will follow strict guidelines regarding access, and meal times to make sure both you and your furry companion feel comfortable and looked after.

James is a tremendous pet caregiver! He is incredibly trustworthy and goes above and beyond for the needs and happiness of all animals. He’s the type of person to nurture a baby bird back to health…. Truly I’ve seen it. I have also seen james take care of his 3 cats, dog, and usually other neighbour’s pets all at the same time with the same care and love. You can depend on James to pay attention to extra details, and trust that your fur baby is being VERY well taken care of. He has experience with many different dog breeds, elder dogs, pregnant dogs and pups, as well as animals with medical conditions. I couldn’t think of a better pet owner and sitter than James.
Dear Rover Folks, I’m writing on behave of James who you would be so blessed to have on your team. James is an amazing human with a great big heart for all creatures great and small. James and I first met 5 years ago on Tobacco Caye in Belize, Central America, where he was running the Marine Research Station. Not only did James take care of his underwater friends, he also adopted an old abandoned German Shepherd named Delilah. He was the only person on the island to step up and give her a loving home and the life she so deserved for her last remaining years. He also adopted several of the cats, and voluntarily cared for other island pets that needed a bit extra love and veterinary attention. James not only loves all creatures but is the most honest and forthright person I have ever had the privilege and pleasure to know. James has been an animal lover all his life. In his teens for a period of two years at his family home, he offered home from home care for a selection of dogs whilst their owners were away on holiday. Dogs cared for were a Jack Russel, a Cocker spaniel, a Labrador cross, a Chihuahua, a Cockapoo and a cross breed terrier. James has also owned an Alsatian cross for 7 years and several cats throughout his life. The empathy and caring understanding which he has with animals is amazing. He also loves horses, being a regular rider and would be comfortable caring for other family pets such as rabbits, Guinea pigs, etc.He loves walking and is very fit and strong, he is a qualified deep sea diver and a marine biologist, specializing in marine fish, so would be more than capable of caring for aquariums. He has a calm and caring nature, in fact animals are always drawn to him.

Schedule
I work as a tutor for outdoor education and I am always outdoors! So I have no problem dog walking in any weather! I live in Cwmbran and have my own transport. I work long days teaching so I build up time off in leu and those days I’m off I love to make myself available and dog or cat sit if I can. Depending on the time and location of your pet sitting request I can accommodate specific date requests if required.
Prices include all fees.
