Pete (James) & Sofia were great! They watched my yorkipoo for 10+ days and treated him like a family member. The integrated him into their daily routine - he "supervised" work from his favorite cushion, played endless rounds of fetch with his teddy, and went on adventures to Unity Park and the Swamp Rabbit Trail. He even became walking buddies with their cat, Motley, and got to tag along for errands to Lowe's and road trip adventures. Strong communication. Pete sent daily updates with Christmas-card-worthy photos. When my dog ran just a couple of meals short on his specialty kibble, Pete went above and beyond by researching safe, poultry-free grocery store alternatives and picking them up seamlessly. They learned all his little quirks, from his morning routine of waking up for tummy rubs to snuggling under his blanket. I had total peace of mind and cannot recommend them highly enough!

James and Sophia were AMAZING with our 9 year old pit/boxer mix. She was a rescue and can be a little skittish with strangers however she was very comfortable with them right away! Definitely recommend

James aka Pete & Sofia were everything we hoped for when seeking sitters for our anxious old boy, Lincoln. Their calming presence and compassionate spirits helped put both us and our hound at ease, and while encountering new nouns can be 'ruff', it was immediately obvious that the occasional companionship Linc gained from their lovely kitties helped him feel more confident and comfortably at home while being nervously away from home. Pete & Sofia were beyond accommodating in more ways than they ever needed to be. We couldn't be happier at meeting them, and will solely seek them out as our pup sitting go-to's anytime we go away.

James and Sofia were so amazing! Communication was difficult for us since we traveled outside the USA, but they did an amazing job. We got regular updates from them with pictures and even videos of our sweet girl. They were flexible with drop off and pick up times when our travel plans shifted on us. We felt very secure having her at thier house. Their fenced in yard is a good size and has places for a curious pup to explore safely. Shelob had such a good time with them and their cats that she seems to miss them a day after us being home. They made a big impression on her in the best way. We will definitely use them the next time we need to board our baby!

James & Sofia were excellent sitters for us. They have watched our dogs several times and it is apparent that they were loved and well taken care of in our absence. They are clearly pet people and gave our pups the same affection and care that we do. One of our dog's is older and had very specific needs that they were happy to oblige. We always feel confident that our pets are in good hands when left with these two.

James has cared for my dog many times while I have traveled, having done an exceptional job. His love and compassion for animals shows in his care for pets, treating my dog as if it were his own. My dog has been happy, well taken care of and safe while in James' care. For me, knowing this, gives me peace of mind. I highly recommend James. He will do a great job for you!
