He was highly responsive, attentive, and immediately put us at ease. Our bulldog is famously stubborn and full of sass, but James handled her with patience, confidence, and genuine care. Throughout our time away, he kept us updated with thoughtful messages and photos, which brought us so much peace of mind. Not only did he care for our dog like she was his own, but he also treated our home with respect and professionalism. We returned to find everything exactly as we left it — happy pup, tidy home, and total peace of mind. I can’t recommend James highly enough. His service exceeded our expectations, and we are incredibly grateful to have found him through Rover. We’ll absolutely be calling on him again!
James was great with my American Bully and took good care of him. Spent the night with him which I’ve been having a hard time finding someone for overnight. Will definitely use James again.
James took such great care of my puppy. He kept me updated daily, sent lots of pictures and definitely put her at ease in my absence. She was in great shape when we arrived home. I highly recommend James
